Mr Rothman, and his team are great deal for your legal needs. They are professional experience and most importantly the fees are reasonable. For the past few years, I have come to Mr Rothman because I was satisfied with the first services he rendered for me. Am still coming because I trust and expect nothing less. He is good man. If you need an attorney make him your first option he is fiduciary only looking out for interest.

Scott represented us in a property case that involved easements, access to the public right of way, and property lines. He was knowledgeable and persisted carefully through every phase. He knows the area of law well and took the steps needed to resolve our case.

We engaged Scott Rothman to help us negotiate the sale of our house on an as is basis to a neighboring golf club. Scott was quick to pick up on a number of complexities and nuances. He gave us thoughtful advice, backed up by a strong knowledge of local ordinances and market conditions. He and his colleagues also oversaw the settlement process. We completed the sale successfully and all parties were pleased with the process and outcome. Scott was flexible with his time and responsive to our communications. We would give him high marks.

A close friend suggested that I contact their old friend, Chuck Curley, because he’s a “great guy” and would be happy to listen and consider helping me with the two year battle I’ve been fighting with my former landlord.
During a 16 minute phone conversation Mr. Curley was arrogant, dismissive, insulting and extremely patronizing. He constantly interrupted me and with raised voice rudely discounted every piece of information I tried to convey to him. Astonishing that this is how he chose to treat a referral.
I ended the call feeling humiliated and shamed for even considering legal action. He even refused to recommend someone else I could contact. Clearly I had wasted his time and he resents this.
Maybe Mr. Curley had had a bad day? Still, there’s no excuse for belittling me or treating a referral and potential client with such disregard. What goes around comes around. Will Mr. Curley ever regret the way he handled our conversation? I doubt it.
