I had an amazing experience with a litigation associate who took my case pro bono! Daniel J. Dan treated me just like he would a paying client. He has years working as a prosecutor as well as a defense lawyer so he was very knowledgeable. He asked me tell him my side of the case. Then he put all the cards on the table and told me what to expect for pleading guilty or not guilty. I did not have a leg to stand on pleading not guilty. Dan reached out to the prosecutor and bargained for a plea deal. The deal was struck and I am so happy with it; a minimum fine and I could put this all behind me.
