Honest and ethical. I think that would be the best way to describe my experience with Mr. Max Feldman. I have had the extreme displeasure of dealing with the Allegheny County Family Division since 2018 and Mr. Feldman has been involved in my case from the beginning. First representing my mother, who had to fight for visitation of her grandchildren with whom she was very close, after my vengeful ex-wife cut off all contact. Mr. Feldman was always honest. If he thought something was a lost cause he would tell me. He wouldn't just take money and go in knowing we would lose. Mr. Feldman always kept his promises about returning calls and following up. Even if that meant calling on a weekend or at night if that was what was required. This was a BIG ISSUE with other attorneys I dealt with in Allegheny County. If you need a lawyer to navigate the extremely corrupt Allegheny County Court system then Mr. Feldman is your man! He isn't going to be the cheapest attorney in the county, but you most definitely WILL get what you pay for.

Joe was great to work with. Very personable yet professional. If he wasn't available, his brother stepped in to help. He charged me fair and got my case dismissed. I would highly recommend him for any of your legal needs!

Mr. Feldman represented me in my custody case. He was very thorough and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

I called Joe after trying to defend myself went horribly wrong. My dog got loose from our yard and scared a family walking their dog. The police and DA were pushing hard to have my dog put down and burying me in paperwork. My family was honestly getting traumatized by their actions. My anxiety was at an all time high. Joe took the case and was able to negotiate a result beyond anything I was expecting. Not only is my family going to be able to keep our dog, but Joe was able to get the worst of the charges dropped and the rest reduced to minimums. I cannot be happier with the results I got from the Feldmans!

Nick has handled several traffic cases for me over the years; all of which resulted in a win. He is extremely on point and was no-nonsense, professional, and always promptly responded to my questions. If I simply plead guilty and paid the fines and costs for each citation, I would have spent more than what Nick charged me, plus I’d have points on my license and quite possibly a higher insurance payment. I would not trust anyone else with my legal well being.
