After having a civil issue in regards to property. I immediately contacted Nicholas Feldman. Having known him since school, I was assured of his character and knowledge of the law was to the highest. I was correct, and within a timely manner he had secured a day in court and a win with no contest.

Hired Nick Feldman for a multi state dog possession / stolen Property case. Nick was extremely prepared and organized and made sure to learn the case and gather 10+ exhibits of evidence as well as gathering multiple witnesses and a winning strategy on offense and defense within the court room. Filed all necessary motions and jurisdictions accurately and timely. He even got creative with serving our defendant when the Sheriff office couldn't! Nick was an absolute monster in the court room over an 8 hour case, almost as if it was from the show suits. We won the dog/property as well as taking possession 8 days early as a result of his post trial motion and willingness to communicate and cooperate with the defendant. Thanks again Nick, highly recommended and fair price if you want a win. He is a prepared and well spoken lawyer from a great family of lawyers.
