Joe has been a savior in helping me complete all the paperwork I needed to finish my legal issue. He has been nothing but honest and professional in explaining every possible scenario that could have happened. Thankfully, my case did not turn complex but did require a lot of paperwork and altering of paperwork, before being filed with the courts. He made sure that I was protected and everything that needed to be completed was; ensuring no future problems regarding the current issue. Joe did his very best to make sure I got the most for my dollar. He worked quickly and was very fair. He communicated a lot of the work prior so I knew what to expect legally and financially. He never worked without my approval first. Thank you for helping me resolve this matter and if ever needed again I would gladly come back you and your family firm!

I cannot express how thankful I am I left my previous attorney and found Joe Feldman. He was able to settle my divorce, which began 2 and a half years before, within three months of meeting him. Always very professional, honest, and responsive. My ex and his counsel are very difficult to deal with, avoid answering anything most of the time, but Joe was able to get through and get the job done. I wish I had found them in the beginning, instead of the terrible “super” lawyer I hired. I cannot recommend this law firm enough.

I have been working with the Law Offices of Max C. Feldman for about a year now. Joe and Corrie have made this such a smooth process and are always willing to work with me. Joe has been great in being aggressive when he needs to and also advising me when its time to back off a little. The best decision I made was to hire Joe to handle my case. I have referred him to everybody I hear that needs representation and will continue to do so.

I actually trusted Joseph Feldman with my Custody case. Worst mistake I could of made. When I hired him as my attorney not once out of his mouth did he say I had a hard or difficult case, he talked with a lot of confidence in the beginning. But after he received my retainer months down the line (I had already paid him thousands of dollars) when we would meet up he starts telling me I have a hard and difficult case. I told him from the beginning that my son meant the world to me and it was a must that he won my case and presented all the evidence I had printed and given to him. In the beginning it was all big talk from him and his father Max Feldman how Joseph was so much better than my child’s mother attorney, that was all lies and smoking mirrors, they are definitely great Sales men. I was thinking I had hired an attorney who actually was going to be passionate about my case especially since my case was life changing for myself financially. At one point before the trial after meeting up with Joseph Feldman I decided to send his father an email because I had concern about Joseph continuing to represent me because of the lack of confidence he had towards my case. I then meet up with Max and Joseph and his father convinces me that they both will do everything in their power to win my case. I should of went with my gut and fired him and hired another attorney who actually had the confidence and who was going to put together a plan to present my strong evidence for my case. After a year of waiting the trial was finally here and of course I’m confident as ever ready to present my case. Before the trial started I told Joseph that I wanted him to present some evidence I had given him to present to the judge in which I thought would be strong for my case. He tells me he has the right not to present what I wanted to be shown to the judge which I thought was very strange saying how I had paid this man thousands of dollars to represent me. After the trial judge comes back and rules against me saying he doesn’t believe my child’s mother ever agreed to move before we split which was completely false but my good old attorney never presented the evidence I had given him to show proof of that. So now I’m stuck here in Pittsburgh with no job opportunities for myself or family support to take care of myself or my son. I relocated here for a contract job which always had an end date in which my child’s mother always knew before she even moved here because neither one of us are from Pittsburgh nor have family in Pittsburgh or Pennsylvania but a judge says it’s best that my son remains in Pittsburgh where neither one of us has family and that I just start over and that my 6 figure job isn’t beneficial for my son. At the end of the day to all my dads out there do your research before you hire a attorney and pay him thousands of dollars to represent you. Atleast hire an attorney who will have the confidence and one who specializes in what you are trying to accomplish. It was a waste of time and money hiring this law firm to represent me in a court of law.

From the first call to this office I was very impressed. The office staff is professional and helpful. Nick was/is my lawyer. He is very knowledgeable and put things in my divorce contract that I didn’t even think of which saved me when I had to retain him a second time. He is down to earth and had compassion for what I was going through. He tackled every obstacle and road block that the ex put up. He keeps me informed and helps me navigate the very chaotic legal system. I would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with a crazy ex (or soon to be ex). Nick will have your back!

My experience with The Law offices of Max C. Feldman were outstanding & highly professional. Joe Feldman is knowledgeable in every part of Family Law being that my case was very different in nature. I relied on Joe heavily on a day to day basis and he was always available to me in the most stressful times throughout my process. He is honest, gets straight to the point and will fight for you 100%.
