John came highly recommended from my previous Family Law attorney (who was absolutely fantastic, and I would hire her again in a millisecond). As with most attorneys I was skeptical out of the gate (who isn’t) when they must seek legal representation. To date, he has assisted my wife and I settle 1 case, win another, and continues to assist me with any real estate legalities that I need. Selecting an attorney is always a daunting task. Being from the Butler PA area, I can tell you in the Pittsburgh region I’ve spoken and dealt with many attorneys. John is upfront and fights for his clients. If he advises you that your best option is X, you need to listen and think about it. His heart is fully devoted to his clients and delivering results. If you have a case that’s been dragging on for way too long (due to attorneys milking your wallet), stop wasting money and your sanity. Long story short…. John delivers results. I first met Attorney Nicole Thurner in 2018 and I went to her because I chose to obtain her services to help me to get visitation time with my grandchildren and I was awarded 1 weekend a month and things happened and I noticed stuff on the children so I keept her notified of everything so I chose to go for custody of the children and with Attorney Nicole Thurner knowing the laws of family court extremely well she worked hard and doing all the research needed gathering all the evidence I provided we had the hearing and on April 26 2019 I was awarded custody of my grandchildren and its been 4 years now that I had Custody of my grandchildren and we are doing well. I definitely would recommend Bench Law, Limited to any one looking for the best family law attorney that I have ever met. A very hard working and informative Attorney who wouldn't do you wrong. Nicole was such a big help to my family. She's very kind and professional. I could tell she genuinely cared about our situation.

Nicole assisted my ex husband and I in drawing up divorce and custody agreements. She is knowledgeable, straight forward, honest, empathetic, passionate, and trustworthy! I continue to put my trust and faith in her with my ongoing legal proceedings because I know she has my best interest at heart.

Nicole is very incompetent and does not return phone calls and emails. She was retained as the attorney to assist with my divorce and did NOTHING. We spoke to her back in March to start the filing of the divorce and we followed up for 5 months to get an update and all we got was the run around. As a result a new attorney was hired and when she checked, Nicole did not start the filing of the divorce. Now we are asking for a refund, she is making up invoices to charge for phone calls and two emails exchange to try and keep the retainer. I would not recommend hiring her for anything. Very incompetent and is horrible at following up with clients.
