I was having so many issues with my brand new 2019 Chevrolet Equinox. After having to take it back to the dealer just 5 weeks after purchasing it and 10 more times, in less than 9 months, after that for the same/similar mechanical issues I decided to reach out to Gorberg & Associates. wish i would of been advised to be more aggressive in pursuit of my end goal. Not happy with how the manufacturer handled their side of things and how i was in a position to sign documents that i didnt know what they were and wasnt happy that i signed a agreement on how the process was to work and we did not follow that agreement. in the end i guess i got what i originally said i was looking for so.......
