Didn't respond to my phone calls and when I asked receptionist if they represented "Hispanics" she immediately said no. Received multiple citations for oversized / overweight violations in small PA town. Within 2 days I received ambulance chaser mailing from Klein Burdett & Associates that promised amazing results, just short of a meeting with the Pope. Contact their office and waited 10 days for a return call. Called again and was promised a call back from a traffic attorney by the receptionist or she personally would get back to me. 6 days later no call. Don't waste your money with this outfit.

I incurred a speeding ticket in rural Pennsylvania. This would be a two point violation for PA residents, but as an out-of-state driver this would have resulted in three points issued by my home state. I consulted with hired Ellis Klein, who was quite honest about potential outcomes and his expectations. He was quite successful in getting this reduced to a non moving violation and NO points! Although not cheap, this was absolutely a good investment. I would gladly employ his services in the future.

Back in March, received a citation that would’ve resulted in receiving points on my license. Thanks to Klein Burdett & Associates it was reduced to a non moving violation and was not transferred over as I am a NJ resident. I also did not have to attend court in Pennsylvania, and was represented by Ellis Klein. From the beginning the staff were amazing and made me feel comfortable and less anxious awaiting the court date.

IF ANYONE CHOOSE TO WORK WITH THIS FIRM PLEASE MAKE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING THEY SAY GOING TO DO OR TAPE RECORDING AS PROOF OTHERWISE, KATZ Will RENEGADE FROM EVERYTHING THAT HE PROMISED. I TRIED MANY ATTEMPTS TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERIOR NONE MY CALLS WAS EVER RETURNS. PS IF IT SOUND TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE PROBABLY ISN'T

I was wrongly accused of causing an accident and given multiple tickets with points attached. Ellis successfully argued I was not responsible for the accident and all tickets were dropped which was best possible outcome. I would definitely use him again and refer him to others.

Vile, ambulance-chasing slime!

A very short over the phone talk was his free consultation, he also told me not to waste his time when he reached out to me. 4/2/2024: Update. 3 years later they've replied to my review to say it's bogus.

I called this office, and was redirected to an attorney named Daniel Hanifin. I received the worst service possible from him. I was issued two traffic tickets in PA for actions I 100% did not commit (backed with sufficient evidence). I am not a PA resident, so I hired Daniel to represent me in court after I rightfully pleaded not guilty to the alleged violations. After Daniel took my payment, I was not able to reach this man AT ALL until AFTER the court date had passed. I was eventually able to contact him , and I asked him what happened in court...He told me he ended up pleading GUILTY to one of violations. That is not what I wanted, and if he had actually communicated with me, I could have provided the evidence to help with the case. Now this violation is stuck on my record, and there is nothing I can do about it. Daniel Hanifin is only interested in taking your money and running away. If you are considering working with this man, I recommend against it. Request an attorney who is actually interested in helping your case.

Got a traffic ticket. I have good evidence to prove i did not do it. Decided why not provide them the evidence in the free consultation and see what they think the outcome would be. Well the first thing they said was, ill charge you double what your fine is. And he hung up when i said no I don't know, i did not feel consulted

Can’t thank Ellis enough for his help with our speeding ticket. We are from New Jersey and received a ticket in PA. He got it knocked down to no points and nothing transferred to New Jersey. What a blessing!
