Mr Stark represented me pro Bono in a Protection From Abuse petition against my soon-to-be-ex husband. He showed great compassion listening to my situation and it was clear that he cared. I hired Amir to represent my best interests and I feel he did not come anywhere close to achieving that goal. Focusing on the one major aspect that he neglected to follow through with his strong legal conviction that a particular outcome would be probable, he neglected to invite me into the support conference and instructed me to wait outside in the lobby after I asked to come in with him. The outcome, was the complete opposite of what he suggested it would be. He said that in his experience as an attorney he believed that my soon to be ex-wife would owe me money since I was paying for 100% of my children’s housing, clothing, food, medical, and shelter needs. After waiting 2 hours, Amir delivers me quite the opposite news stating that not only am I not to receive money from my ex-wife, but that I owe her $1000 a month to support her. His response to my questioning the outcome was, “I am sorry that it didn’t turn out the way we had hoped,”. There are two other issues I have but this was the one that hurt the most. In my humble opinion, I do not feel that Amir Stark has represented my best interests and I would not recommend him to any person looking to hire an attorney.

Amir Stark is an incredible person. I met Amir about a year ago. His advise gave me hope in a profession that is sometimes more interested amount of the settlement than coming to the table with extreme compassion, first and foremost, for families and children in conflict and crisis. Each time he spoke with me, he helped me understand that the kind of challenging family differences in the heat of battle don’t have to tear you apart.
