Very professional and very helpful . Always, immediately followed up on any questions and issues. Very comfortable to talk to about any of my concerns . Every one I had talked to was always very well informed on my status and progress of my case . I was always informed on any updates and always was provided with great guidance and solutions I had never even known were available . I have had the pleasure of dealing with Attorney Shick and her staff which were always there when I needed questions answered. Attorney Shick was always on top of her game when I needed that pit bull she was there and so thankful for that. Her staff especially Corinne was always, always there I was never left hanging.
