THERE IS A REASON THIS LAW FIRM GETS 5 STAR REVIEWS!!!! If you’re in need of an Italian law firm I can highly recommend Studio Legale Metta. Even if you are not sure if you need a lawyer at least do a consultation with them to see your options We initially did this and came to the conclusion for our issue that we needed to hire this firm. Our experience was a positive one, the firm provided us with a honest detailed breakdown of their services they would provide, the timeline, the costs etc. They also provided other options in the quote. The gentleman assigned to our case was professional, very quick to respond to our emails, answered all our questions we had and kept us up to date on the case status. We had a great experience with this firm, and I don’t often write reviews, but in this situation I felt I needed to let anyone else who maybe considering this firm know what a great experience we had with them. As Americans, our dream of retiring in Italy became a reality due to the efforts of Nick Metta, Giandomenico Murro and Antonio Cammarano. After our first consultation with Nick, he assured us that we would be able to obtain our Elective Residency Visas, though we had our doubts!  Their guidance and expertise in this complicated process which took months, was invaluable. We dealt mainly with Giandomenico Murro, an excellent attorney and a really great guy! Giandomenico provided detailed documentation requirements, was efficient and always available for questions. He was confident and reassuring when certain issues arose. Fast forward, we received our Elective Residency Visas in November 2022.  In December, 2022 we relocated to Lucca,Tuscany and received our Permessi di Soggiorno.  We now can say that we are living La Dolce Vita, thanks to Studio Legale Metta!

Great team at Klenk! The attorneys and staff such as Marissa are all very attentive and helpful.

We needed to create a will and had no idea where to start. Klenk Law walked us through the process step by step explaining each area and making recommendations when we were unsure. They have several offices and much can be completed digitally. If you have to venture into the city or to one of there satellite offices their supportive staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and very attentive. Marissa in the Jenkintown office was a life saver.
