We booked an initial consultation with Raffaella. We booked 30 minutes and it was extremely informative and helpful. As we don't speak Italian well, Raffaella was fluent in English and was able to answer our questions while asking questions we hadn't thought of. She was patient and thorough and really put us at ease. Our only disappointment was that we didn't book this sooner. Updated our old wills at reasonable a cost. Received email copies of draft revisions and we were able to do the updates without ever having to physically visit their office. My husband and I have been clients of Studio Legale for more than seven years. Our relationship with the firm began with Nicola (Nick) Metta) for the purchase of our Italy home in Montalcino. Nicola and his staff assisted us with not only the purchase, but also the extensive renovation and restructure of the property. We continued as clients for their bill paying service which included all utilities, taxes and insurance. Utilizing this service made our lives much easier since we lived in the United States more than six months of the year. Due to family illness we decided to sell our property after seven years and contracted with Metta's Office having Dionisio Altamura assist us. Mr. Altamura assisted us with the sale and also our friends from the US who were purchasing our property in Montalcino. During the 90 days of the purchase process Mr. Altamura guided both sides of the transaction to ensure that the sale was completed properly in relation to Italian law. He stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process keeping us updated on the status of the sale. During our final year of ownership we worked with Corinna Cocolo for the bill payment service. Ms. Cocolo provided the updates to our online management account so we were able to view the activity of our accounts by using the link she provided. She kept both the spreadsheet and copies of our bill up to date as they were received and paid. She also worked with the buyers to ensure the accounts were transferred from our name to their name. The buyers of our home are continuing this service with Ms. Cocolo. We have been extremely pleased and grateful for our relationship with Studio Legale Metta and highly recommend them for any assistance people might need in purchasing, owning and selling property in Italy.
