If you have one phone call it better be Joe Deandre’s… This guy was amazing and worth every dollar. I was wrongfully accused of a crime and went through a living hell for a year and a half. When it came time for trial Joe mopped the floor with the lying cops, and Crooked Da from Union county, pa and got me back a not guilty verdict in under 30 minutes. He’s the best there is and a friend to this day.

This man lied to me I want my money back I hired him to get my friend rehabilitation in June my friend is still parked in jail he won’t respond at all on top of him telling me he just needed a assessment and he will be sent to rehabilitation the rehabilitation went above and beyond to try get in contact with my lawyer bill avoided them all the way threw when I reach out to him he was not happy at all and told me rehabilitation has no power in this matter and told me to tell his client to shut up he had assured me in June he got everything I asked for I even went as far to give me a bonus for 1,000 dollars because and on top of that sent him a additional bonus the day of court to show my appreciation I reached out to him several times to get no response or no answer he’s ducking me and also was avoiding the rehabilitation when I did finally get the rehabilitation to give A assessment to the client bill still refused to respond to them meanwhile helping him to do his job because he’s states he’s slammed with work and when I try to inquiring why what he told me was not happening he told me to stop and he can’t wait to be done with his client but still hasn’t made a attempt to help or live up to anything he told me I was lied to and he made matters worst for his client having no compassion what so ever the only time I was able to get a response was when I took my good review down giving him months to clean this mess he made up it’s now December and still no response at all whatsoever he has made a mentally ill person life a nightmare with no remorse I been so patient with this lawyer Bill he has no remorse no apology for lying and is disgraceful he said my friend was ungrateful he’s mentally and bill told me he was going to rehabilitation and never mentioned he would have 6 years probation when he thought it was Bad Bill made it worse I can say he warned us tell his mentality I’ll Clint he better shut up and be grateful on top of him lying he doesn’t even apologize for also lying to me telling me he would go explain to his client and never made it to visit him at all this is a nightmare for his client he has nothing to say and won’t give me back my money or any information to me or his client this is beyond unbelievable it’s now December this is so ridiculous I can’t believe a person would take your money lie to you tell you shut up not do anything promised and still want to to leave a review of a first impression before he became a living nightmare the one star is because there’s nothing less to give

Do NOT hire!!!!! This man is all sweet and a go getter until you pay him. The ONLY good thing he did for my daughter was get her court date done via zoom. We live in West Virginia 6 hrs away. He even had THE AUDACITY to tell my daughter that people from WV was stupid hicks… He wouldn’t answer questions or even inform her as to how to pay her fine. Don’t waste your money. Public Defenders do more than he does.

I highly don’t recommend this gentleman, I was charged with a misdemeanor, during court he did decent. However, when it comes to communication that’s where he lacks, I tried to get information about my case how to pay my fine or even to receive my documents via email. Anything that had to do with my case since this is my first offense so I didn’t know these things he hardly would respond but he was spamming me about payment. “ kindly acknowledge receipt of text” is what he said and i have proof, I wasn’t even home at the time I was having dinner with my fiancé in public. I wanted to pay my fine so I consulted with him about it and on how I should go about it all he told me was to “call them”. I could go one but I believe I have said enough. After my hearing he called me about what happened and then said I can’t remember exactly but I remember that wv people are stupid hicks. He also told me after my payment that his daughter was graduating and was going to a concert about a week or 2 before my hearing. He forgets about you. Just don’t do it.

We would strongly suggest that you not call this lawyer and if you do, don’t fall prey to this lawyers claims of grandeur. He loves to say how great he is but we ended up with one of the worst outcomes possible including jail time for a misdemeanor. He’ll tell you he knows everyone and makes it seem that he really has your best interest at heart. He’ll tell you how meticulous he is and who he knows just to get you to pay him a large sum of money. Then he’ll have you sign a paper that says regardless of what he does (or doesn’t do) your money isn’t coming back. You don’t pay a retainer and then pay for what he does. After you pay, he’ll stop calling you back and won’t respond to emails. His secretary always has an excuse. Stay away. There are a lot of other lawyers in the area.

GREAT lawyer. Went above and beyond to do outstanding work on my court cases. I would definitely recommend hiring him as your criminal defense attorney because he really has your best interest at heart.
