Kurt was upfront and honest in his dealings with me and discussions about the case. During the hearing, he was assertive, present, and tactful. He made sure the truth came out. I was in a complicated situation in which lies were told about me by a very successful manipulator. Kurt was focused on the essentials of the case. He understood how to come to a successful conclusion and the case was dismissed after his cross examination of the witness; he saved me a great deal of stress and fear. Very enthusiastic and prepared. Highly recommend!!

We went to Kurt after having some serious issues with a broken contract. He walked us through step by step. He encouraged us to do what was right for us even though that did may not benefit him financially or otherwise. He is honest and integral-both very welcome traits after what we had gone through with our dishonest contractor. Kurt represented me for my custody custody case involving my young children. Even though I had the truth on my side I was very scared of how things could go since my ex was trying to exploit false abuse claims. She had left me for another man and planned this entire scenario out before she went so I was at a disadvantage since I hadn't seen it coming. She also had some issues that were of concern that needed to be addressed for the children's safety. I didn't want my children's Mother out of my kids lives but limited to how much she could handle as well as under stipulations that protect them and help her. Kurt advised me along the way, explained what to expect and was spot on. He was absolutely correct on when to make deals and when to fight in court and was absolutely amazing questioning whitnesses. His style was brilliant and the outcome I was exactly what I had hoped for keeping the children in mind above all else as well as the judge finding the alleged abuse allegations to have no merit. Kurt is a class act that really knows all the ins and outs of custody and domestics and will take care of you. I highly recommend him if you have any custody issues, especially a unique or difficult situation and sure he can handle any other legal matters with the success.

Lynott did an excellent job in my custody case. We went in front of the Master and we worked out a great schedule.. after Mr. Lynott fought for a bit of course. He knew the legal stuff and fought for our riights. I just send a friedn to him for a DUI and he handled that with no problems! She lloved him and he charged her a little less because she was referred to him from a client!
