Believe the negative reviews. Jason O’Malley is a horrible attorney and has cost me so so much stress as well as money. Wrote an incompetent escrow agreement and was hardly interested in helping me resolve the issue.

Very unprofessional, does not return calls, I waited days for a return call his response was use another attorney. I had private conversation with him and he repeated the contents of our discussion, grounds to be dis-bared? Stay away from him he is bad news. If I could give him a negative review I would.

Horrible experience with this attorney. Very unprofessional! I sent over several emails for a real estate closing with no response at all. I sent over a file more than 15 days ago, and today his office drops the ball and says they cannot close in time. Initially when I called he was sure he could get this done and if he could not, I wish he would have just been honest. Do not waste your time, find someone more reliable.
