Lisa lied to me, which has made my life unbearable for the last 10 years. She said, that was the best she could do for me and it was a lie. Wondering was she paid off by my ex to screw me over?

Lisa Spitale handled our post-nup thoroughly and professionally, and at a reasonable price. Their notary service is very professional as well.

Allegedly, Attorney Spitale was assigned to my case. I have never successfully been able to contact this woman directly, nor does she return my efforts. She has consistently proven she does not have my best interests in mind while representing me, and I never personally retained her in the first place. How do I terminate this contract and request my case file so that I may move on to a more suitable lawyer? Maybe if I post enough poor reviews online, she will finally surface.

I used Lisa Spitale for Guardianship and everything went smoothly. I also use her for my living will. She is the only one I dealt with from this law firm and I have no complaints whatsoever.

They are patient, empathetic, kind, and relatable on both civil and criminal cases. I highly recommend! They have phone, in person, And jail visit consultations at reasonable prices for their quality!

I paid Attorney Blair to represent me as I was dealing with possession charges. I chose him due to prior rapport. In the beginning, he seemed all in and "eager" to assist. As time went on, phone calls and messages weren't returned and questions went blatantly unanswered and he seemed to always be on some sort of vacation. He then became uninterested and I felt as if he didn't want to fight for me and just wanted me to take any deal that was presented. In his words he didn't want to "upset" the ADA at the time with certain requests I was asking him to make on my behalf. What upset me the most is that he was updating me on my case in the back of the court, on my court date, instead of answering my calls and emails, which I found to be highly unprofessional. I then found another lawyer who presented mitigating factors and I ended up with a way better deal than Tyree wanted me to initially take. He wanted me to do time when I didn't have to given all that had transpired through broken promises. If you want a lawyer that looks and smells good and "knows everyone" Tyree is your guy. If you want someone to fight for you and have your best interest at heart, go somewhere else, Tyree isn't the one. He wants you to take the first deal and move on. Needless to say, I'm out 5k Sucks I have to write this because genuinely he's a nice guy but not a great Attorney.

They don't return calls. Nor do they follow up with out the client having to do extreme harassment of the firm.
