Lack of responsiveness and follow-up
“They don't return calls. Nor do they follow up with out the client having to do extreme harassment of the firm.”

Unprofessional conduct
“He then became uninterested and I felt as if he didn't want to fight for me and just wanted me to take any deal that was presented. In his words he didn't want to "upset" the ADA at the time with certain requests I was asking him to make on my behalf. What upset me the most is that he was updating me on my case in the back of the court, on my court date, instead of answering my calls and emails, which I found to be highly unprofessional.”

Failure to achieve desired outcomes
“Madsen is an incompetent loser. He was so confused with anything we brought to him. The case was complicated but should have been handled by a lawyer with understanding or he should not have taken the case at all. He was used for divorce, custody and criminal matters. And failed in every single one of them. Over paid for no outcome.”
