Paul AAroe is the BEST! I contacted him on behalf of my fiancé who had a traffic incident in which he received a ticket. I knew after speaking to him for about 30 mins, that he was the right person to handle this mattter. He was very professional, explained everything to me in simple terms. He always answers the phone, makes himself very available to his clients. His assistant Donna was also a great help with any questions we had. He was able to negotiate a very good deal for my fiancé . We are extremely satisfied with the results. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Paul. Best thing the guy did was refund my retainer. He was rude, self absorbed (“3 clients praised me just today”) and acted bothered by questions (“I have over 300 clients a year”) my now lawyer had no issue answering and helping me get the whole thing into perspective and even already has a plan of action that should see me serving no jail time. If you want someone who acts bothered by you trying to get the information you need to make plans and keep your life on track this is NOT your guy. If you want a boisterous rude person who is full of himself, will try to nickel and dime you in simple things like the credit card fee he pays so “can I please bring payment in” and get bothered by 3-5 text messages about the case (started because he erroneously sent me a monthly invoice that was NOT part of our payment agreement) then this IS your guy.
