I had TWO DAYS to find an attorney. Not one attorney in my area would take my case in that amount of time. I called this firm becuase of the great reviews. Let me tell you, I haven't even gotten to court yet and I am amazed with this firm. I've had a 10 year custody nightmare with my ex and he just pulled a dirty stunt that has me floored and overwhelmed. Attorney Richardson feels like my mom (she is no where near old enough to be haha). She has completely put me at ease and has held my hand more in two days than any attorney has in ten years. I feel like my mom has taken over and told me to just sit, relax, and let her fix this. When you cry from pure relief, you know you found your fairy God mother in an attorney. The words "thank you" aren't enough.

Tibbot and Richardson met my needs in my divorce proceedings. They are professional and have a personal client portal online that makes communication with the legal team easy. Everyone I spoke too was supportive and kind and as if they truly cared about my case.

My initial review was 5 stars. This firm was very compassionate and supportive in the beginning. My retainer was used up before we even got to PFA court, but I was making my payments. At the hearing (which we won, thankfully), my attorney told me that the firm would be picking up my custody case as well without another retainer. I much appreciated it. However, this is when communication all but ceased. Also, I reached out more than once to confirm the date of my custody hearing and ended up missing the hearing due to the lack of response (I called the custody office as well to no avail). This firm could have cost me custody of my child. I rewrote my review to a total of 3 stars, at which point Ms. Richardson reached out to me via telephone and repeatedly said "I don't understand why you gave us such a bad review when we did such a good job with your case" and told me that communication required my balance be paid in full (my attorney told me that everything was fine as long as I was making payments). Why would they take another case without another retainer if communication required a zero balance? Ms. Richardson also told me that she would call back the next day regarding the lack of communication, after she found out what went wrong. I told her that I appreciated it, and I would delete my 3 star review. She thanked me for deleting it, then said bye and hung up. I had told Ms. Richardson to take her time looking into things, but it's been 8 days, and I haven't heard anything else. Needless to say, my review has dropped to 2 stars. It should be 1, but they won my PFA case. My advice? Choose a different firm. Do interviews if you can afford it. Don't go with the first lawyer you find just for convenience or out of fear for your case.

I had a very wonderful experience with Tibbott and Richardson company during my divorce process. From our 1st meeting, Ashley my Attorney explained everything in details to me and made sure I understood the whole process: she listened to me and broke things down in simple ways that made me understand what was going on. Divorcing a narcissist is not easy, Attorney Ashley did an excellent job with my case.I did not have the energy to 'fight' for justice, she gladly did it for me and my kids!
