Attorney Lovette was excellent. My husband and I had tenants that totally destroyed our rental property. They damaged every wall, ripped up flooring, left their dog urinate and dedicate everywhere, and stole the appliances. We did not prosecute at the time because our daughter was dying of cancer. Three years later we decided that they shouldn't be able to get away with this. We attempted to file a lawsuit ourselves but the county courthouse was no help at all. We retained Attorney Lovette and he was able to obtain a $8500 settlement in our behalf. We recommend him highly and will not hesitate to obtain his service again if we need to.
