I hired Jennifer Mejia twice when she was still at Shirk and Mejia. After hiring her the second time, I realized I made a mistake. She did not want to communicate with me or answer my questions. She was more interested in lecturing me about how my DUI could have killed someone than she was in defending me. Also the first attorney she put on my case knew nothing about DUI law. I knew more than she did. When that attorney left the firm, I could tell that Jennifer didn't want the case.
