Attorneys are helpful, understanding, and supportive during difficult times
“Attorney Tim Sennett and his Paralegal Brenda have been very helpful with the everything that has been done so far since my mother passed. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered my questions without me feeling like I was being rushed, he made sure that I understood what I had to do and what he was going to. His Paralegal Brenda has gone beyond with making sure I was aware of what was needed to be done. They have been very understanding and supportive durning this very difficult time.”

“Attorney Sennett displays poor judgement with his choice of words. I cannot, in good faith, hire him due to his ethics. His words can be found on YouTube.”

Attorneys may not adequately handle or follow through on cases
“They took my case pro bono, but butchered it, then withdrew as counsel after I wouldn't take a $6,000 settlement offer. The problem wasn't just the offer, it was that they just wouldn't do discovery; they had no interest in doing their job, my option was to either accept a settlement offer where the defendants would not admit fault or what happened, or they would withdraw as my counsel (which they did).”
