10/31/2024 9:35AM I visit to see an attorney. I just have advice for the older lady at the front desk treat everybody same and treat everybody as a human being because when we walk in to this place, we are going to spend money. It was first time visiting this place and it's a last time.✌️
Of course you don't know me because it was my first visit to see an attorney and she said we don't represent you so we cannot help you.

Unremarkable experience which was disappointing seeing as she was recommended by a lawyer I’ve used before. Didn’t seem willing to go to bat for me, generally abrasive, and I believe she hung up on me to boot.
It was “you need to bring this” instead of “here’s what we can do to solve the problem.” Why hire a lawyer anyways at that point?
She was responsive to messages though and called back in a timely manner.

Although the firm was unable to help me due to their caseload, they offered helpful information to help me proceed with my son's potential case. I think this shows they truly care about helping people and getting justice, whether or not they are clients !

Tim and his law office staff are wonderful. Our case took almost 2 years and he stuck with us, gave wonderful advice, and got the job done beyond our satisfaction. If you want to sue someone and are looking for a mercenary, this is your guy. The service he provides isn’t free but it’s reasonable and hopefully you’ll be as satisfied as we are. Thanks Tim.
