A friend of mine used Attorney Bickel and was extremely grateful for the time Attorney Bickel spent on the case, and Won his kids back.

My son had hired Bickel when he was going through a divorce. He asked for 1300.00 up front and then 2 days later wanted another 1075.00. The only thing he did was go to the custody case with him. He is all about the money and nothing more. My son tried calling him and he never returned his call. And then when he finally did get a hold of him he said he owed him more money. And my son said no I don’t it was put on a credit card. So once again he was trying to get more money. And his secretary is a piece of work. She has a BAD attitude when anyone calls for him. I will never refer anyone to this guy

Well since your response let me be clear as to why. You agreed to my exes attorney without telling me, knowing my position and where I stood on the matter. I questioned your loyalty as to my attorney, put me in a worse off position then ever before, and would tell me one thing, then tell me another. I never saw where any of the money went and this was supposed to be a flat fee retainer. I paid you the retainer of $1,000 initially just to have you show up for my court hearing, but I in turn signed the initial agreement. You informed me it would carry over, which then I get a bill less than 30 days before our next court date for another additional retainer. Yes I am very unsatisfied. Yes you did talk to me after hours, but it was Facebook messenger for basic communication and I did not ask you to respond that moment. Most attorney's won't respond to anything unless I called for an urgent immediate matter. There were also times where you didn't until the next day which is what was expected majority of the time. I lost my trust and faith in you with the back and forth and constant changing minds. In the end, I believe things were very unjustified. I took what you were asking for additionally and put it on another attorney who had less than 3 weeks to prepare and did exactly what needed to be done. I tried to work with you, but you broke my trust and confidence. I didn't feel like you were on my side and felt like all that mattered was the money aspect. I had a very bad experience with you representing me and my rating is for that reason. Thank you.

Attorney Bickel is a outsanding laywer. I went to him with my custody case ..which was a nightmare. He's very easy to get ahold of responds quickly. If he is unable to his secretary responds timely Attorney Bickel is well worth every single penny I have given him. Ive even referred a friend to him as well.
