Lack of responsiveness and communication
“After a few months passed and we needed him for a few another transaction. He tried to call him several times but there was no response, stopped by to his office but he never called us back, now we have left him over 10 messages but we can't get through him.”

“We don't know what to do, we have tried everything to reach him but can't get through, isn't he suppose to return our calls or provide us with a invoice of what he has done with our money.”
