I've waited a few years before I started the divorce process, cairns was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. I swear, you guys are the best. They made it very easy and simple for me. I was skeptical at first because it sounded way too good to be true, but it turns out they do EXACTLY what they say they’ll do. It took Cairns exactly 21 days to get me divorced!! I started the process with them on 2/6/19 and I got my divorce decree on 3/27/19. It would have been faster but my EX took her sweet time in getting the papers signed on her end. I didn’t get her signatures until 3/8/19. So in reality Cairns law firm took less than a month to do their job and most of that was simply waiting for the court to do their thing. I went with the fastest option but I can’t recall exactly what they call that. Expedited maybe? I never had to even talk to them. You are able to speak with them if you want to, but like any other law firm on earth you’ll have to pay them for their time and legal advice but it’s like $25 or something. Once I started the proces with them (I paid all at once but you don’t have to) I immediately got an email that contained attachments with every form I need and very detailed instructions telling me exactly what I needed to, how to do it, when to do it and what to expect at each step. It couldn’t have been made any easier. They tell you which forms to serve to your spouse, the different methods for doing that, which forms only you need to sign, which forms only your spouse needs to sign and which forms you’ll both need to sign. Fun fact, you can just give them to your spouse if you’re able to do that. You don’t HAVE to hire someone to serve them like you see in the movies. I guess most people aren’t civilized with each other enough to do that at that point. Serving is just a verifiable way to be able to get them the paperwork. It’s refreshing to find a business that really does do exactly what they claim. In my case they exceeded their claims. 21 days is all it took and I never even had to speak with them or go to court. I already have recommended them to a friend and two coworkers. Great business and I thank them!

I am absolutely thrilled with this agency. I paid for my divorce Feb 27th and was finalized by March 26th, with the normal divorce. As long as you and your spouse complete your part accurately, and quickly, Cairns Law Offices does exactly as they say, quickly!

I am very pleased how smoothly this process went. If you and your spouse can agree, and go uncontested, this online lawyer group is the one to use. My paperwork was filed on 7 February and my divorce was finalized on 26 March. The divorce with settlement cost less than $500.
