Tina was my blessing in disguise. I hired her for my high conflict custody case. Back in the summer of 2018, I hired an attorney who did nothing but collect his paycheck and agree without my consent, to my exes attorney. He put me in a horrible position and then wanted more money. At that point, I was determined to find an attorney who would not only fight for me, but also my children. She had less than 3 weeks to prepare for our trial, but bless her heart she did. My ex was relentless on not only wanting 50/50 but also wanting to take primary custody of our children. He has a history of anger issues, domestic violence, high conflict nature and communication, and at the end of the day, was not very involved with the children. And we did it. We had a very successful outcome with our court hearing. It wasn't exactly what we wanted, but it was very close to our end goal. And still, even after the order was given, Tina hasn't even hesitated to step in the the high conflict situation and guide me through yet another battle and stressful situation. She has so much compassion and empathy and knows what to say to ease the worry. She is the first attorney who I have met that could ease my mind with things. She will always be the one I turn to from here on out and I will ALWAYS recommend her to others who need it.

Extremely unprofessional

When I was faced with the stressful situation of divorcing my husband, I turned to Tina Fryling to represent me. Although we had very little to divide, and no children, my ex-husband was being rather vindictive about signing the divorce papers. Tina was compassionate, supportive, and understanding throughout the process, while also completing the process with the utmost professionalism and expertise. She was able to secure my ex’s signature on the papers, allowing me to complete the divorce and move on to rebuild my life. Tina approaches family law with an excellent understanding of the legal system paired with compassion and a drive to find the most equitable outcome possible for the individuals involved. She is not a cut-throat lawyer, out for the last penny she can get, which is ultimately a good thing for her clients and for her practice. I would recommend Tina to anyone who needs a family law or bankruptcy attorney.
