I setup an appointment and all follow ups with Swati thru text messaging. She was very prompt in her responses and acted with a sense of urgency in having us over to notarize the documents. Additionally, she is very knowledgeable on the notarial process for USA and India. Precisely on the language needed and where her signatures should appear.
