Michael is an expert litigator and did an outstanding job with my divorce and child custody case, to the point that even my ex emailed him stating she wished she had hired him instead. My ex and I are both considered high income earners under the Family Law system. He’s very knowledgeable about Family Law (including handling stocks, 401k, real estate investment, etc.) and has a professional rapport with everyone in the Bucks County family court system and other professionals in Family Law. He handled my case in a straightforward and realistic manner and brought an even-keeled approach to our contentious proceedings. My divorce was a complicated high income case. Hired a lawyer and basically all she did was forward emails between my wifes lawyer and me. I seen things were going bad and hired another attorney. Second attorney i hired i received the same results. I was think all lawyers really don't care about the case and just want to bill you for basically nothing. In desperation I reached out to Michael Kuldiner for a consultation and knew immediately he was my guy. When here a lawyer is referred to as a "Shark", they are talking about Michael! You could see my wifes lawyer demeanor had totally changed and she knew she was in for a fight and boy was she. Michael would present case law on all his motions, which was the first time I seen a lawyer actually do his homework. Every motion motion my wifes lawyer filed was denied. Honestly, other lawyer should be embarrassed to even take peoples money when you compare them to Michael.
