I recently relocated from New York to Pennsylvania to purchase our new home. Initially, I was advised by my real estate agent in Pennsylvania that hiring a lawyer was unnecessary, which I now realize was a mistake. I hired Michael Kuldner to assist with completing the home-buying process. As a senior citizen, moving is an extremely stressful experience, and I expected professional guidance to ease this process. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the level of service provided. On one occasion, when I called Mr. Kuldner for assistance, he responded by asking me not to contact him so frequently. I found this response disheartening, as I was seeking clarity on a complex and stressful situation. Additionally, Mr. Kuldner was unavailable to attend our closing, citing a court obligation, and no associate from his office was sent in his place. As a result, the title company had to handle the closing. My wife and I were left feeling unsupported and extremely disappointed with our home-buying experience. The lack of communication and guidance caused us significant stress and many sleepless nights during an already difficult time. I expected more professionalism, especially when dealing with such an important life decision.

I was a little nervous considering I've never been to a lawyer before. Doug was fantastic with the whole process from explanation to execution. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Thanks to all involved for helping me through the process.

My experience with this office was not good. Several times my instincts told me to drop this firm, but I thought it would be difficult to “start over”. The first attorney was not aggressive and didn’t put much effort into my case. Then I was switched to another attorney who clearly just wanted to get it over with because she was too busy for me. In the end I would say services were mediocre at best. I would not recommend them. I have since found an amazing attorney who i wish i found much sooner.

I just had my Will, POA, and Living Will done with Doug. I couldn't have asked for a more thorough and in depth explanation of each document. He made sure I knew about each one before I left. I definitely would highly recommend Doug if you're searching for a highly qualified attorney to assist you with these.

We had Michael Kuldiner update our will several years ago and came away very impressed, not only by his professionalism and expertise, but by his obvious interest in his clients. Recently, we decided we wanted to remove two liens on our estate which were the product of incomplete paperwork done years ago during two different remortgages. We were told by the County Deeds Office in Doylestown that the liens shouldn’t exist but that they couldn’t do anything. We spent weeks trying to track down the mortgage companies involved, but to no avail. We remembered our positive experience with Michael so we went to see him at his Feasterville location. He gave us all the time and advice we could have wanted; we dealt not only with him but two of his associates, who were also informative, friendly, and professional. We’re pleased to say that, for what we consider to be a very fair fee, and after just a few months, the mortgage companies were tracked down (no easy task) and the liens are gone.
