Had a misfortune of hiring Mr. Lukomski for auto accident case. Had a judgement awarded, however, 7 years and counting later, still no sight of money. He failed to go after my former insurance company for Underinsured/Uninsured and has not sent out any update in over a year. Calling him is pointless - never returns any calls, secretary is useless, case is pretty much in a black hole. Abandoned case without even a courtesy of saying that much. I'm now looking into what actions I can take to collect on my judgement and correct this malpractice. I would recommend this attorney only to party I'd want to sue (and lose).

Lawyer worked four years on my personal injury case. There were lots of depositions, expert witnesses and video tapings. He never gave up and he finally got a settlement.
