Dawn was exceptional. She took the time to explain everything in detail and when we had questions about legal language she was very patient with us with her explanation. She is extremely knowledgeable but also very friendly. I felt very comfortable talking about both legal and personal life. Very reasonably priced also. I would recommend her and I already have to others.

I called early afternoon one day last week regarding a legal matter that I have been dealing with. The professionalism and respect that I received over the phone was outstanding. I was treated as if I was family. The paralegal Anna was able to promptly get me through to Mr. Spadea to speak to him about my legal matter. I highly recommend this law firm because you are respected and treated with dignity. I have made multiple phone calls and all of them ended with me feeling better than before, that is why I wrote this review. Helpful, professional, & respectful since day 1.

The girl that answered the phone was rude and disrespectful over the phone then hung up on me.

I had a very complex tax situation and I got audited by the IRS. Tens of thousands of dollars was at stake. I had taken a deduction on my federal taxes. I was almost sure I would lose my money to the IRS. My accountant recommended Mr. Gregory Spadea. Apparently, he’d had experience in these sorts of situations. When I met Spadea and told him my story, he was extremely empathetic; very unusual for a lawyer, in my experience : ) He crafted a letter to the IRS with an exhibit A,B,C, and so on. Much to my shock and elation the IRS ended up allowing the deduction. Spadea isn’t cheap at $400 per hour, but I was rewarded many times over by reaching out to him.

Spadea and Associates are great at tax planning.They have been helping me with tax planning for several years. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Phone representative is very unprofessional assuming my phone call was for solicitation or the like without even asking the call reason. As soon as I was able to provide the reason of my phone call, she just responded "We don't do that here" and hang up.
