My family recently engaged Eric Smith and the law firm Timoney Knox on personal and business real estate matters. Their work on our behalf was successful and the team was always prompt, professional, and considerate as some of the work was of a sensitive nature regarding family. We continue to engage Eric and Timoney Knox for our legal matters.

Having worked with Eric Smith for 25 years, I continue to be impressed with his attention to detail. The small things that many overlook, has proven over and over again to be the difference in good and GREAT attorney work. I am thankful for Eric and his professional approach....always.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scott Wolpert stated I was being accusatory when simply asking for the copy of the FERPA request his firm sent. It has been over 4 months and this firm had nothing to help my son. Scott Wolpert told me to send him a copy of the ODR Due Process complaint. Then dropped as a client. Simply because Timoney Knox has been doing nothing for this case. Now receiving the educational documents that they received. I in fact was correct, this firm had nothing. Scott Wolpert doesn’t respond to emails for weeks until you piss him off then he responds within minutes. His secretary Wendi Dwyer does not relay messages. I highly do not recommend unless you want to waste months which does no help for your child. Timoney Knox is more willing to help the school district than their own clients. Until you threaten with hiring another lawyer that’s when Scott Wolpert wakes up. Keep looking for another lawyer!

Keith Vernon and I represented the respective sides involved in a dialog on corporate social responsibility. We were able to reach a conclusion that both sides were happy with - - largely as the result of Keith's integrity, creativity, and solutions-oriented approach. Keith struck exactly the right balance for that kind of engagement; zealously advocating for his client while at the same time cultivating mutual trust and respect. It was a such a positive experience that afterwards, we co-authored a chapter on stakeholder engagement in an ABA publication. As an in-house lawyer with responsibility for managing a wide variety of litigation and claims, I would trust Keith with my most sensitive matters.

I have had the pleasure of working with Keith Vernon, Esquire, as co-counsel on numerous class action cases across the country. Keith is a dependable top notch litigator and strategist with the highest ethical standards and moral character. Not only is Keith a tireless advocate, but he is trustworthy. Further, Keith and his firm excel in client relationships because they care about their clients and their legal issues. If you have the opportunity to work with Keith or the Timoney Knox Law Firm - take it. You simply cannot ask for better people to work with or have in your corner.

My son has a learning disability and I felt like he was not receiving the best learning support from his cyber school. The school was not implementing any useful modifications or providing key elements to assist my son with learning at his instructional level. So essentially, my son was sitting at a screen getting lost with a college level curriculum being thrown at him. The school also was not providing consistent data to support any significant progress for his Reevaluations or the IEP. Besides a Mother's guidance, a child's education is the best tool for survival out in the real world. So I am truly forever grateful to Scott Wolpert and his team for paving a successful pathway to a wonderful future for my son. Through Scott's leadership and hard work we won a huge settlement against the cyber school. I will be honest with you, there are no good schools in Philadelphia to service the kind of "specific learning disability," that my son has. Scott's team has assisted me with school selection and placement for my son at a private school full-time. Scott was also able to negotiate fully paid tuition up to graduation along with transportation to and from the school. My son also has comp education funds placed into a Trust account, to fully support summer school programming, along with transportation, aaaand Scott negotiated a 2 week overnight stay at a wonderful summer camp. I didn't have to pay for any of this! Timoney Knox has taken care of everything! My son is able to purchase a new computer and other educational products. This is beyond anything I could have ever imagined! I still can't believe a miracle like this was possible. I owe this team, (Patricia, Christine, Wendi, Brenda and God Bless anyone else who helped) I owe the biggest amount of gratitude a human being could ever muster. Thank you all soooooo much!!!!

Thomas Boulden took over the estate of my aunt and uncle several years ago. The estate is now depleted. He has not responded to any inquiry for the past year and a half. That’s in stark contrast to how he started out saying “call me if you need anything or with any questions.” It’s amazing we have a legal system that would allow this to happen. Even more troubling that this individual sees no issues with his actions. Avoid the legal system at all costs. Attorneys are the only ones that benefit.
