I would like to take the time to say how spectacular my experience was with working with Marc Snyder. I selected this firm because they had such top notch ratings, and I can honestly they did not disappoint me. Marc helped me with getting a settlement for my STD claim with my prior employer. The entire time I worked with Marc he was honest, professional, empathetic, and just wanted to do the right thing...and he did just that. Thank you Marc for caring and wanting to see that justice should be done. You are awesome and I would recommend you to everybody!!!

I was denied benefits from my Long Term Disability insurance. I was working with another law firm but I was told that they couldn’t help me. My wife gave me a number that she randomly found on the internet. It was to the Rosen Moss Snyder(RMS) Law firm. I began to work with Marc and he was professional but what stood out was his caring way. I was quite upset about being denied and he assured me that he would do his best to get me a favorable outcome. The insurance company did reverse the denial in writing but after a few days they reversed their reversal and denied me once again! Marc again reassured me that he will continue to fight for me ,which he did. Finally my case was settled in a favorable way and I’m a happy Camper! I would highly recommend Marc due to his tenacity and Caring way. I was able to contact him and he responded immediately. He kept me informed on how my case was going. I really appreciated it!

I found this great law firm simply by reading the great reviews. I was so lucky I took a chance with them. After being denied SSDI by applying on my own and failed I turned to Kellyanne at Rosen Moss Snyder LLP. I worked for same company for 30 years and in past years developed several debilitating physical disorders. I worked many years though the pain. My employer was behind me 100% and even with his support and over documentation I was denied. Kellyanne at first meeting assured me she would take on the case and felt confident we’d be successful. I went with Rosen Moss Snyder for long term disability insurance and social security benefits claims. They were one of the only firms in the area to actually handle both within the same firm, especially ERISA claims, which are extremely difficult to handle. If you have a long term disability policy though your employment, then your policy is handled by ERISA. One of the things I thought I would mention first is my experience with Marc Snyder; he handled my ltd benefit claim. His demeanor is calm and personable though also with sharp knowledge and experience with handling ltd claims. Even though, like any other company, they are a business, Marc never made me feel like it was that. He was always available by email or phone and responded every time. His mannerism was always kind and understanding and he never made me feel like I was a burden or that the firm was out of touch with me. In today’s world, this is admirable and so needed in these types of claims. People are hurting and scared to lose their income and to have a firm you’re working with make you feel like they understand what you are going through, well, it sure was worth mentioning first and with strong conviction. Kelly Ann handled my social security claim and she was also kind and her demeanor was very calm, which is quite important in a hearing situation as this demeanor passes off into the court as well. I was finally approved for SSDI and received benefits promptly and without any problems after a long appeal process that SSA had positioned me into. Denials are extremely common with SSDI applicants and I was no exception. Though, she handled my claim from beginning to end as anyone would come to expect and rely on. Recently, I received a denial letter from my ltd insurance company after years of being on claim. It was quite the blow, though here again, all too common. The speed in which this denial was handled along with the course in which it was handled was impressive. Following all of Marc’s instructions and doing all that was necessary, with the guidance of Marc, I was quickly put back on claim. Then, I don’t know how he did it but within a matter of weeks, Marc approached them with an offer of a settlement of my ltd policy, which I had expressed an interest in, and he actually made it happen, it was unbelievable, really. This policy had an unusually long 5 year “own occupation” period compared to most ERISA ltd policies through peoples employment, so this claim was very tedious and drawn out. Each year I was on claim, the ltd company hounded me profusely for updates on my current disability status. Though, Marc was just as attentive and pursuant with the claim from beginning to end. In dealing with both types of disability claims with this firm, it definitely felt as though they had a very kind mannerism to them, along with the diligence and expertise to handle the appeals process people are forced into from both SSA and long term disability insurance companies. With all of this said, I would definitely refer others to Rosen Moss Snyder. If not for what we all hire lawyers for in the first place, being how they handle the claims, then for their personable nature alone, along with their kindness and patience with claimants just like me. For 2 years I collected long term disability insurance from my employer and suddenly was arbitrarily denied coverage. Not only did they abruptly end my benefits, but also, they made the decision retroactive by 2 weeks. Luckily, I filed for Social Security Disability when my short-term disability coverage ended. It took 2 years for the state to schedule a SS hearing. I was using the attorney provided by the insurance company. DO NOT DO THIS! If you have a disability or an ERISA case, hire a PRIVATE attorney. Thankfully, I contacted Marc Snyder, Esquire of RMS Law as soon as I received the denial of coverage letter. If you receive a similar letter of denial it is imperative that you call an attorney and NOT the insurance company. Attorney Kellyanne Parry Inverso represented me at the Social Security Disability hearing and provided pre-hearing support and guidance. Her expertise during the hearing kept me focused and calm which resulted in a positive outcome of two year’s retroactive SSDI. Attorney Marc Snyder represented me in the long-term disability ERISA case against the insurance company. It is intimidating to go against a big insurance company, but I felt that he was aggressive enough and was going to fight for me. Attorney Snyder is experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, patient and readily accessible. All questions and phone calls I had were answered within hours! He was able to successfully settle my ERISA case without having to go to trial. I traveled over an hour to go to RMS Law even though it was difficult for me to travel, but I can honestly say it was worth the trip.
