Marc Snyder represented me in my disability claim with a MetLife insurance company that had stopped my benefits pre-maturely and I needed to appeal termination decision and searched for legal help. Marc immediately took control and advised me to retract my appeal because if denied there would be no additional appeal. Within 2 months of diligence he got the decision reversed and I received the 2 months of benefits and now I'm on LTD while I'm recovering to return to work. He was a pleasure to work with in addition to being an excellent attorney. Highly recommend Marc if you want to win your case.

In the Summer of 2019, my family and I were involved in a motor vehicle accident where the other driver was at fault. We reached out to this firm with the goal of attaining legal representation. Initially, Mr. Rosen was very attentive and helpful; however, as time went on and physical therapy concluded, trying to attain an update for the status of the case from him and Stacy was near impossible. With each call, we were told to call back in 6 weeks, then two weeks. We were promised that someone would call back in a week, but we were consistently ignored for over 6 months. Amid Covid-19, we were very understanding that things may take a bit longer; however, 6 months worth of calls with no call back or an update is incredibly unprofessional. Being in a car accident with your entire family in the car is very traumatic and the aftermath is incredibly stressful. And having a professional on your side who you have hired to help you, but just leaves you hanging is just plain disappointing and has left all of us feeling helpless. Currently, we are still waiting for an update. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.
