Pros
1
Excellent and knowledgeable legal representation with a focus on the client's best interests
“Marc was extremely understanding of our son being autistic and very knowledgeable on how to proceed to help our son. I would highly recommend using Marc and would use him again if we ever needed to.”
2
Responsive, personable, and effective communication with clients
“From the first phone call, the office was helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Marc E. Weinstein is an excellent lawyer with an in-depth understanding of employment law. He is extremely thorough, patient, and clear in communicating his understanding of your concerns.”
3
Commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients
“He approached my case with a genuine commitment to achieving a satisfactory resolution, and I am pleased to report that he succeeded. Marc's tenacity and expertise were evident as he navigated the intricacies of my situation, ultimately securing a favorable outcome.”
4
Professionalism and attention to detail
“Marc is very professional and detail oriented in his approach. He spent a number of hours listening, understanding and documenting my case. Marc is determined and fights for his clients rights.”
5
Reasonable and transparent pricing
“They are reasonably priced for what is involved. Mr Wolf sits with you, and explains everything step by step. There is no pressure, doesn't try to talk you into products you do not need.”
Cons
1
Potential delays in communication and responsiveness
“Having a promise that they will represent me in the future if the creditor sues again is not satisfactory. Should counter sue, go to court and have the credit cleared as promised. Not just a dumb dispute… i can do that for free through Experian.”
2
Lack of clarity on the scope of services provided
“Had a creditor take me to court for a bogus charge: i hired this law firm to handle it: the collection company withdrew the lawsuit and now i have a collection STILL ON MY CREDIT REPORT that will not go away because we didn't go to court and win.”
