Mr.Nahas is all about business. He takes pride in his clients, pulls no punches and gets straight to the point. In the end you get what you pay for. You want a TV dinner hire someone else, you want Surf and Turf, hire Joe. He stands second to none. I had a case that he took. It was over before I even stepped foot in the Magistrate. I walked out with a simple $100 fine and the arresting officer put in his resignation after Joe set him straight. In my personal opinion Joe Nahas is hands down the best attorney out there. I had a case where I was involved in a aggravated Assult, Simple Assult, Disorderly Conduct and Harassment and a Police Stand off. I hired attorney Nahas and he took the case. When it came time for the preliminary, it was over before I stepped into the Magistrates office. He did a Great job with my case. He was able to get something done that seemed impossible and even gave a refund on our agreed price because of a change that tried to force un-needed hardships on the family. Attorney Nahas is the attorney you want to get. Forget about even thinking about hiring any other attorney. He will not take a plea deal. When he walks into the court house I have seen the fear in police officers eyes. Officers start to bite their fingernails and eat to keep calm. An absolute savage when it comes to questioning witnesses , Defendants , and plantiffs. True Lincoln lawyer.

Joe was very confident that we would be victorious. He took over my case and had to fix what my other idiot lawyer screwed up. This man, or I should say this God, had somehow kept me out of jail when even I, if I were the judge, would have sent me there! He is very professional and down to earth, but when you get this man in a court room he fights like my Ranger brothers, 100 percent and then some! He filed my appeal and the Commonwealth agreed with our argument and vacated the conviction. If it were not for him, I would be sitting in Camp Hill right now, a felon, counting down the days until my multiple year prison sentence was over. He was even patient with me when I was a bit short on payment due to being unable to find work as a felon and being in and out of the VA hospital. I can't thank you enough Joe, you really came through and saved me when everyone else had given up and told me to plea or asked if I wanted to stay in county or go up state.
