Having just used the services of Mr. Nahas, I can recommend him without reservation. From the beginning he was reassuring and confident with what he wanted to accomplish. His demeanor and knowledge gave us confidence in his ability and the final result could not have been better. My child was involved in a physical altercation after being assaulted at a party. My child was charged with assault F1 charge, a Simple Assault charge and Harassment charge. Finger printed and mug shot processed and that should have NEVER taken place. Easily the best. I was facing some serious charges for a second time. Throughout the entire process, Attorney Nahas was responsive, diligent, and very honest about the case. He also was kind and caring, making it a little easier during a very stressful time. Eventually my case was dismissed and I know this would not have been the outcome had he not been my attorney.
