in a family law case. This attorney remarked that the local agency to help abused spouses and the local magistrate judge commonly handed out protection from abuse orders like candy. Basically this attorney had no respect at all for the magistrate judge that granted the protection from abuse order against his client.
Also, this attorney is the only common denominator in the triangle of his two family members that had terrible mental issues. I believe he has something to do with that. So be careful who you hire

In my opinion he's one of the best attorneys in the area. He takes the time to hear you out, explains the law clearly and is ready to go to work for you as soon as you need him. His rates are fair and he knows what he's doing. I used him for family law issues and he was great.
