Pros
1
The lawyers are described as professional, knowledgeable, and caring, who provide excellent client service
“Elizabeth intentionally failed to provide proper notice of motions so she could sneak it in front of the judge to get what she wanted. She can't be trusted and only cares about leaching money out of her clients.”
2
The lawyers are responsive, communicate well, and make the legal process easy for clients
“Corey promptly responded to my case and was very reassuring. He took the time to discuss options and was successful in achieving our desired outcome in a short amount of time.”
3
The lawyers are flexible and work with clients on payment plans and timing
“Corey worked with me when it came to payments. I probably called about 15 other attorneys besides Corey. Do you want to know the difference between him and the others? Corey starts working on the bankruptcy process with the first initial payment, whereas with other attorneys, they want every single penny before they start the paperwork.”
Cons
1
Some lawyers are described as unresponsive, unprofessional, and not caring about their clients' needs
“Very disappointed in our experience with Bononi and Company. Specifically Corey Sacca. We were randomly referred to this company through the Westmoreland Bar Association. I spoke with Corey during an initial call about our legal issues and how we would like to proceed. We schedule an in person meeting to begin the process and provide the information for our initial complaint to be filed. We attended the meeting and initially, Mr. Sacca didn't even know why we were there.”
2
There are concerns about the quality of the legal work and attention to detail
“I hired Bononi & Bononi for an estate case, and I would not recommend them as an advisor or as a attorney. Most times, it would be 3 weeks before they responded to my emails. My case was initially with Eric, then the day of the hearing, it was transferred to Marco with no advance notice, and I had to brief him on the background 10 minutes before we commenced.”
