Jay was very dedicated and worked hard to achieve the outcome we were looking for. This was not an easy case. My grandson's first attorney got him to sign papers pleading no contest to a felony and two misdemeanors and a 2-7 year state prison sentence. After we hired Jay he ended up with only two misdemeanors and a short county prison term.

Attorney Kalasnik did a great job in resolving a minor issue that should have been thrown out at the District Justice level. After being screwed by another attorney, who only took my money, did not do his job which costs me more money, time and issues afterwards. The first attorney also did not inform me of my appeal time frame or educate me and did absolutely nothing to help protect me, which is why I haired him, when it was a simple thing to solve.
