I hate to sound so negative about this law firm, but I really felt confident in my case. A year ago I was cooking Tyson dino nuggets for ny kids and other family. I took out a nugget to make sure it was cooled off enough and broke my tooth on a piece of metal. I contacted Tyson shortly afterwards where they came up for different excuses why their product would never contain metal. I kept the broken tooth shards, the metal, the nugget and bag. They offered me a replacement bag of nuggets if I would just send the evidence to them. I did not, and had kept it secured. Well, almost a year later I see they are recalling dino nuggets for metal particles!!! I finally figured I could repair my injured teeth and though even with all this Mooney law said it was not enough to pursue. Oh well, should of at least gotten more tooth breaking nuggets.

This was the worse experience I have had with an attorneys office. If you want to be disappointed this is the place. The attorney took my case and did no prep work. Unprepared at trial we lost. Than when I complained it was flipped on me and said I didn’t give my attorney enough time to prepare for trial. This attorney while in court even complimented the opposing attorneys. Could you imagine? Now I’m left with more hardship and mess to bring to another attorney to clean up. Lastly I requested my file. I was told it was mailed to me. Never received I was told that was my fault as well. Dont come here for assistance keep searching.

Had a consult for applying for SSI/SSD. The woman I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. When we didn’t understand something we had asked she would scoff and ask the same question again but louder. Not a fan.

A few years ago I was in a dark place mentally. I made some mistakes that landed me into legal trouble. I knew I needed the best to help me get things straight. Roberto Ugarte took over the remainder of my case and it took an odd turn because of miscommunication between PA laws and pennDOT thinking they rule the state. Roberto went to work and picked right up where John left off with the same professionalism and ferocity to fight for their clients. Since I'm coming out of numbness of my young husband's death I'm now able to express my experience with Mooney and Associates. They allowed my Mother-In-Law to bear witness to my husband changing his will in order to make her Financial Power of Attorney (so she could take all his accounts if she could prove he couldn't any longer speak on his own will). She talked my husband into making her husband Executor of his will (My husband was not fond of this person who was only 8 years older than he). All this occurred on a day that week, I went to work. My husband on hospice for lung cancer which had spread there from his liver! He was on 24/7 Morphine and by the time she Manipulated him using his fear anxiety convincing him I no longer loved him and I was neglecting him (my daughter was always there, watching!) being on narcotics 24/7 for over a month at that point! This Lawyer didn't even question-where is your wife? Shouldn't she be here helping your whole family decide what to do?!?! Then when he and I realized her madness we tried to change things back but the Lawyer didn't show, and ignored our phones calls until he says-You didn't send my $400 dollars!!!! We already paid him close to $1k already! We had forgotten, my spouse was dying, I was his 24/7 caregiver, tired, and confused by this horrible jealous mother, doing all you could to give love to your soulmate! No nights sleep at all except for 1 night in 3 months! Allllll These Lawyers care about is $$$$$$$$ I recommend getting another opinion (Always) and Do Not let anyone pretend they have Compassion!
