2/25/2020 not a lot to update you about Mark's paralegal(Beth) moved on to other things and was replaced by Miss Paula who is by the way awesome I haven't done a lot of talking to Mark directly with regard to Worker's Compensation because mainly it's just a paper chase so far I haven't had any issues I do what I need to do and focus on my health and well-being. Regarding Jason there's not really a lot to tell you there either it's a process it's slow but what I can say is that his team is attentive and responsive to my emails other than that I am satisfied 12/9/2019 so far Mooney hands are tied until things progress. Really cant speak on service…will update in the future. 8/25/2019 Hired for WC and VA Car Accident I have recently obtained representation by Mooney via Mark and Jason. So far I am happy and satisfied....Haven't dealt much with Jason's paralegal Jen, so for now no comment. Marks paralegal Beth is awesome, quick to respond, attentive despite being busy, polite and respectful all the time.... During my first consultation I met both lawyers at the same time. These guys are down to earth and realistic which I respect above all else. I will do a follow up in the near future. 10/1/2020 Haven’t really got a lot accomplished the wheels turn slow money loss so far if I had to give them a 1 to 10 I would say a 7. Mark‘s paralegal Melissa is absolutely fabulous and on top of the game Jasons paralegal Jennifer is second but yet awesome as far as the attorneys themselves I really don’t talk to them unless I have to I go through the paralegals and so far so good everything is been satisfactory I don’t always like what they say sometimes I don’t even agree with them but they have a job to do whether I agree or not 12/15/2020 Well the cases are finally over and were brought to settlement I am overall satisfied with the outcome and as I said in a previous post the wheels turn slow. As far as attorney Mark goes I love his style his approach and his ability to communicate basically on everybody’s level I would highly recommend Mark and his paralegal they are above and beyond top-notch As far as Jason goes well let’s just say he gets the job done in my own personal opinion believe he has a personality of a rock but that doesn’t take away from his effectiveness to do his job Overall I will get Mooney Law five stars

Not a very patient attitude. Seemed to just see $$$$

So glad I found.

I visited a few months ago. The paralegal isn't all that great at spelling or grammar, or keeping her ducks in a row. The waiting room smelled sickeningly of mildew, maybe due to the a/c in the window. The attorney came out and didn't even shake my hand or make eye contact. When explaining my situation, I got a lot of, "that's expensive" and "this will take a long time". He didn't even offer to take the case, he basically shoved me out the door and told me to think about it and call back. I got charged $100 (first time an attorney has ever charged me that high for a consult). I went another route and had my issue resolved in 3 months for a few hundred dollars rather than the quoted $3,000 retainer they wanted from me.

Over the past 30 years John Mooney lll has done all sorts of legal issues for my family, property, estate issues, personal family matters, I would only recommend John Because he gets things done, He is a winner and a pit bull. So if you win money really is not an issue. People winning because he is expensive, go to Florida and then you will see he works for way less with better results.

Useful information about a legal issue, felt like I was well informed and at ease when I was done

They did well to help me in my case but I got passed through a few different lawyers before I had to see one at the location in York to get help with my extensive litigation. One lawyer said it was too much for him to handle because the other party was throwing all sorts of angles. It was expensive and so we ended up mediating before the final hearing.
