Thankfully I haven’t needed an attorney up until recently but I’m so thankful that I was referred to Scott. Scott and Angela have been so amazing through this entire process. They take the time needed always to explain everything to you so that you can understand. They give you worst case scenario but guide you through a best case scenario. They helped navigate me the entire way through my divorce and I couldn’t be happier. I’m so fortunate that I had them.

Scott is one of the best divorce lawyers you're going to find, or lawyer in general, retained him a few years ago with a divorce that was going nowhere ,for no reason, he made it come to a conclusion and got it over with, and didn't cost an arm and a leg. His wife Angie was the paralegal that worked with him ,And between the two they are just a great ,great team, great people to deal with, and made a very hard time in my life a lot better, thank you, Scott and Angie. I could never say enough good things about the two of you, if you are in need an attorney , please trust me and go see Scott and Angie.

I had a very negative experience with another Lawyer Group in the Hanover area, all they wanted was money. Every time I had a question, I was told to pay another $200 if I wanted them to answer. Not knowing what to do, I did a google search and came upon Scott Ruth. Best decision that I've ever made. Scott and Angie were so nice, they both took time with me, they answered all of my questions and helped me through a very terrible situation. Scott is very knowledgeable, he explained everything in terms that I could understand. He drew diagrams and made copies for me to take home. I would recommend Scott to all of my friends and family.

He is extremely knowledgeable and always helps me when I use his services I have been using him for many years now.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I can’t give enough stars! I came to Scott with a very high conflict custody case. I was so emotional, high anxiety, all the above. after sitting down with Scott he explained EVERYTHING in detail to me. The pros and the cons, what to expect, what not to expect, how to manage myself in court. He has educated me in more ways than I could ever imagine. Scott and Angela took time out of their weekend to sit one on one with me. There were times where he was tough on me and I didn’t like what he had to say but in a high conflict custody case you need that, it helped me see things different. This office fought for me more than ANY attorney. Scott Ruth is the attorney you want. He is worth every penny and more. As for angela, she is one of god’s angels. I would not be who I am right now if it wasn’t for her. I would not have turned the dynamic of the case and have such a GREAT co parenting relationship now if it wasn’t for her. She has taught me to be a better person. She taught me It’s not about winning a case but growing with Situations. There isn’t enough words to describe angela. We have laughed, cried, and times I didn’t like what she had to say. But honest was what I needed. She truly is the greatest blessing of all! Highly highly recommend this office. I would not have such a great co parenting relationships if it wasn’t for Scott and Angela!

Literally the WORST attorney I've ever spoken with! Refused to talk to me, refused to answer questions on how much is the retainer, or do you charge for a consultation. The woman answering the phone was RUDE and again refused my calls and my case without even hearing it. It's so SAD that a mother is calling you hysterical and desperate for legal representation and you refuse to even take the call. Disgusting how people are treated nowadays, there's no compassion!
