I was in a car accident August 4th 2019. Scott Cooper took my case on the 6th the day I called him and was very helpful, professional & considerate. His paralegal Sarah was amazing as well. Due to reasons out of anyone's control the process of collecting everything was very slow at first, but as soon as they made the demand, the process was very quick and I got my settlement in an extremely timely manner. Scott Cooper also helped my friend a few years prior who was involved in a very bad car accident. I would totally recommend him to anyone in need!

Abbie Trone at Schmidt Kramer is hands down the best lawyer I have ever dealt with and I wish I lived in Pennsylvania because she would be the ONLY lawyer I would ever use. She is beyond kind and compassionate while also being so professional and on top of things 24/7. I knew the status about my case almost weekly and if not, bi-weekly at least. Abbie never failed to give me a call and email whenever she had an update for me or if she was going to be out of the office for a few days. She gave me the phone numbers of colleagues that I could get in touch with while she was out and never left me hanging by a thread. Abbie really gives her all and then some when fighting for you. You can tell she is the type of woman who takes her work home and just thinks about your case non-stop. I can not express enough how much I recommend Abbie Trone. She is absolutely amazing.

After having been involved in an auto accident in December of 2019, and having been off work for close to 2 years, my attorneys at Schmidt and Kramer handled every aspect of my auto claim and on my WC claim as well. Even with restrictions and caps on what I could receive, they were honest, up front, and fought tooth and nail for every extra penny for me and my family. Totally recommend 100%.

Thank you, sincerely, Schmitt Kramer, & thank you Daryl. I, unfortunately have the option to sue a hospital for personal injury/medical malpractice. I am still recovering physically,...& mentally. I've called many lawyers who are willing to take my case, but, they made me feel rushed & they were impersonal, & they didn't gain my confidence SK was very personable, Daryl, & everybody. Daryl took the time to understand that, w/what had just occurred, I should take some time to gather myself & put first things first. (Explained my statute of limitations, etc.) After careful thought, i do want to pursue this, but I'm torn ethically I've concluded that I don't want what occurred to me to happen to someone else.
