Cons
1
Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“I would never in a million years deal with these people again!!! Definitely 0 out of 10 don't recommend at all!! Go with someone else!! Run ASAP!”
2
Suboptimal settlement outcomes
“Apparently the medical negligence I received wouldn't pay enough out for them to be concerned with”
3
Perceived lack of care for clients
“If you speak a different language these lawyers think you Don't know nothing. Worst firm EVER!”
4
Unwillingness to take on certain types of cases
“Called seeking guidance about a SSDI claim and told I would get a call back. I did not receive a call back but a email for a referral from Jessica Mitchell. This email had incorrect information and when I replied to the email correcting what was wrong, I was "encouraged" to seek counsel elsewhere. Do not recommend.”
5
Delay in receiving settlement payments
“I went 17 weeks without a check for the initial back pay, then an additional 9 weeks without partial payments, to which my attorney never recovered nor did she argue for in front of the courts.”
