Lack of clear communication about services offered
“How can you call yourself DBCA that referrals to you lawyers and not have all the bases covered. They didn't even tell you this when you call and neither on their site.”

Unhelpful and lacking in responsiveness
“Didn't get a call back" and "Not really that helpful. 51$ bucks for what a Google search got me in 5 min. Just seemed like a bastion apathy.”
