After my work related injury, I had experienced difficulties with obtaining legal counsel. I tried several other law firms and they would not take on my case. That was until I contacted Krasno Krasno and Onwundinjo. I spoke with Andrew Onwundinjo personally and told him about my case and he agreed to take my case. I was unaware of workman's compensation law or anything that needed to be done. Thankfully I was assigned a capable, motivated and competent attorney Eileen Pomento. She helped me out every step of the way. From making sure that my workman's compensation claim was filed with the Pennsylvania department of labor, which it wasn't and made sure that it was filed in a timely manner to avoid the statute of limitation to make my claim. To making sure I received compensation while I had to miss work for a surgery that I should have had a year previous to the original injury date and to taking care of a miss billing issue from the surgery office that miss billed me.
