I got injured during an ice storm, slipped & fell on my employer's property. Because I was a temp the employer felt it wasn't their problem and the temp agency didn't want to be responsible. I was fired immediately because I was unable to go back to work. It took a year for me to win my workman's comp case, during this time they didn't pay me anything. Thank goodness for Mr. Januzzi he was referred to me by someone at pt and working with him was the best decision I made. Mr. Januzzi and his staff went above and beyond and never got frustrated with my many calls & questions. We won and I got a settlement for my injury. If I ever need an attorney again Mr. Januzzi will be the one I call. Thank you so much for everything, I'm very appreciative.
