I have worked with William Shreve on a few occasions and I believe he is honestly one of the best lawyers around. He is very kind and shows concern and care for your case. He doesn't treat you like just another client on his pile. He has a sense of humor which helps relieve some of the tension in cases. He was very professional and he is the jack of all trades. Best guy around. My advice is hire him!

Like most people I wasn't expecting for life to throw me a curve ball but it did and I needed legal help! I found Bill's firm online and he responded immediately. He was professional, knowledgeable and most of all personable. I hired him on our first consultation meeting due to his frankness of the possible outcome of my situation. My case was further complicated by my not residing in the area when my court appearance took place plus I had a last minute situation arise that would have set my case back several months had Bill not intervened with the District Attorney's Office. William Shreve did an amazing job helping me get out of a sticky insurance lapse situation. After not understanding that pleading guilty and paying a fee, my license would be revoked for 3 months, I contacted William. William was very understanding and helped me feel comfortable sharing everything with him without judgement. He was completely professional and also friendly. William worked quickly and diligently with the police and DA to get the charges dropped and a refund on my guilty plea. William made what was a difficult experience easy by taking care of everything for me. He kept in constant contact, answered all my questions, and helped me so much. I would 100% recommend William to anyone!

Unfortunately for me I was charged with a 3rd DUI in 2016 and really believed there wasn’t much to be done for my case except the current Pa state guideline suggestion of Jail along with fines etc. I am an Army Veteran and was recommended to seek out William Shreve by a fellow Veteran who used Mr. Shreve as his Lawyer and had an excellent result. I scheduled a consult which was free and I was stunned at the reasonable price of the DUI defense and that It was one flat fee I wouldn’t be charged extra for phone calls, every paper and fax. I believed it helped open up trust that Mr. Shreve was actually working for a favorable outcome in my situation. And the out come was even BETTER THAN I EVER WOULD HAVE HOPED FOR!! I didn’t have any Jail time.. and had 2 years less probation than other people I know in my situation. I am still amazed at that. It’s been 2 years since I’ve been in court and his office still helps with a call here or there now that I’m at the stage of getting my license restored. I have recommended William Shreve time and again. I know I will never use another lawyer.

After 2 years with my foster child in my home, a caseworker decided to introduce the child to a family member who did not want her at birth. When the child turned 2 and was cleared from most of the child's health issues the family wanted to be considered as an adoptive resource. Bill helped us get the court to rule out the family from being an adoptive resource. I would recommend Bill if you ever need help getting custody of a child.

Bill Shreve is a no-nonsense and respectful lawyer who takes your case at face value, acts with the facts in mind, and tells it like it is. He offered options and advice, took my calls as needed, and defended the case to the most reasonable outcome plausible. My end result was far better than I ever anticipated and below the minimum REQUIRED outcome from the courts perspective. it was well worth the fee, which by the way, was very reasonAble and concrete. I hope to never need him again, but if I did, he’d definetly get my business. Highly recommended!

Without a doubt, I would hire Bill with any case I had. Going through a long, stressful custody battle over my child I thought I would never win. After hiring Bill as my council, he definitely made it possible to win my case. A weight lifted from my shoulders and my world was complete. Bill is the best attorney! Having prior DUI offenses I was most certainly looking at incarceration for a period of 90 days, possibly more. A prospect I was not fond of. I used several sources to reach out to attorneys but, most did not respond. However Bill reached out to me. During our initial meeting Bill made no promises but said he would do what he could considering my situation. . He went to work. Bill got me into Veterans Court and I avoided jail time altogether. I did however, received intense probation supervision but in lieu of jail I consider that a blessing. Not saying Bill is a miracle worker but he worked a miracle for me and for that I am grateful. As as last note Bill's cost wasn't cheap but it didn't break the bank either. If ever you need an effective and competent lawyer I highly recommend Bill.
